2 c. mayo: I use Sir Kensington’s because it tastes like homemade but it’s not Whole30 compliant
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 c. basil
1 tbsp. tarragon
1 Thai chile
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. anchovy paste
1 tsp. honey
½ tsp. maldon sea salt
Combine apple cider vinegar, mayo, olive oil, honey, garlic, anchovy paste, and chile in blender, blend until combined. Add chopped herbs and salt and lightly blend again.
I love this dressing on a salad of arugula and shaved fennel. I also love it as a sauce for a fried chicken sandwich or drizzled over a baked sweet potato. This is an easy recipe to make yours, so please enjoy!
